Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Due to the nature of our products (herbal teas and natural wellness products), returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@the-organic-health.com, including photos of the issue.
We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
